Classic two voice Swiss made Hohner Double Ray in BC with 21 treble and 8 bass buttons. It has the black bellows typically used on earlier models up to the 1970s. These are much harder wearing than the later gold bellows. This example is in lovely clean condition, with only the slightest traces of use. I’ve just completed a full overhaul including new pallet facings, tuning, treble button travel limit and new bellows gaskets. It’s tuned to concert pitch with a light tremolo based on a 10 cents spread at A=440. I have also revised the bass layout to the modern Paolo Soprani pattern using the original reeds. A very nice example of a mid century classic. Comes with a blue/grey fibreboard case which was probably supplied the it from new.
