Jeffries 27 key CG anglo probably made in the 1870s or 1880s and in great condition, original bellows with very little signs of wear. New pads and valves. Rosewood ends are free of cracks and with only sign of use being wear of the finish between the buttons. Bone buttons, and a great set of steel reeds. Marked “C Jeffries Maker” on both end frames. Also carries a paper label printed in gold on black with the wording “H Crabb & Son Concertina makers London N1”. This label might have been applied during a visit to the Crabb workshop for repair, or could be original as it is generally believed that all early Jeffries concertinas were actually made in the in the Crabb workshop.
